Not every episode in the ongoing Wu-Wednesdays series has a theme, as the two of you may know. Apart from featuring ten Wu-Tang or Wu-related songs, we keep things pretty loose over here, at least until we choose not to. This week is not one of those instances, as I chose to keep things simple by presenting a grip of unrelated tracks, some you’re probably familiar with, a few that may leave you scratching your head, and the rest falling somewhere in between those two extremes. With what’s going on in the world right now, I figured we needed “simple”, although that doesn’t mean we skimped out with the entertainment value. There’s some really good shit to be found here, including your new favorite song, so you should check it out before it gets away from you.
A reminder: the earlier episodes of Wu-Wednesdays have been removed from the Mixcloud site as a way to free up space, but they still exist over on the RandoMax Radio Spotify channel, with tracks from the older episodes (the available ones, anyway) being added to the playlist as they get taken down elsewhere.
